My Temper-Pedic RC WM 101 remote is not working. All light on constantly & bed won't go up or down using the remote. If I unplug the unit the battery back-up will lower the bed.batteries were replaced

please try to use the remote from a different position of your bed. And also please test the remote when you're not lying on the bed to see if the upper portion will change. If not, please reference the troubleshooting section of your manual next.

if possible, please factory reset the remote and then attempt to get it programmed back to your device(s). If not, then you might take the remote to an tech shop and have them test it on their own devices. That way you can determine whether to purchase a new remote or not. Thank you.

I hat the same problem with my Ergo Premier remote... I called the customer service at Tempurpedic, and the lady told me to push de FLAT button and hold it for 35 seconds. As simple as that.

It is soon written RST on the screen... and it flashes...

After 35 seconds, you can release it. The RST will disappear.

And then it worked for me... The remote was functioning!

We have a Tempur-pedic. Each side is controlled by its own remote. It also has battery backup for each side (head and foot) in case the power goes out. We simply push a little button on the battery controlled box on whichever side needs lowered. It works to lower them, but they cannot be raised in a power outage. If you don't have something like that, or a manual crank or something, I suggest you call the company and ask THEM what to do. If it's stuck with the power still on, then even more reason to call the company.
