How do I adjust the volume on a rugby II cell phone

Are you wanting to adjust the ringer volume? If so, open the phone, tilt phone to the right 45 degrees, the two bottom buttons on the left side are for ringer volume control, up and down. As far as volume control into the ear , it is the same left side control buttons. Volume is from 0-7, 7 being the highest. That is how it is on my Rugby phone. Good luck.

My at&t pantech burst keeps restarting. how can i get it to turn on and not restart?

You have to reset your whole phone. Hold the power button and the volume button down at the same time until Pantech pops up on the screen and when it does let go of the power button but keep holding the down volume button down. When the triangle pops up let go of the volume button and press the menu button. Use the volume button to scroll down to wipe data. Hit the home key.. scroll down again to yes and hit the home key. Hit the home key again on reboot system. That's it ! :)
