CALL EBAY DIRECTLY BUT WITH THAT SAID MOST OF THE TIME ON EBAY ALL SELLS ARE FINAL AND NO REFUND. GOOD LUCK.

Steps to take if you don't receive an item or it's significantly not as described

If you've paid for an item but not received it, or the item doesn't match the seller's description, you can follow these steps.
Be aware of the timing for opening and closing cases. (If you paid by credit card, be aware of your card company's policies too.)
  • You can open a case in the Resolution Centre 10-45 days after the sale (for payment outside of PayPal)
  • The seller has up to 10 days to respond to your case.
  • If you haven't closed it within 90 days after the end of the transaction, your case closes automatically.


1. Talk to the seller

Most problems can be solved by direct communication between buyers and sellers. Communicate with your trading partner to try to resolve the problem. If you attempt to contact the seller by email but don't receive a response, you can request the seller's contact information and call them. If you can't resolve the problem, use the steps described here.


2. Open a case to work it out in our Resolution Centre

If you can't work things out directly with the seller, you can open a case in eBay's Resolution Centre. The Resolution Centre creates a dialogue between you and the seller and tracks your case for you.



Important: If you paid with PayPal, you'll be taken to the PayPal Resolution Centre to open your case. This is the first step in filing a dispute for protection under PayPal's Buyer Protection. You can open a case in the PayPal Resolution Centre up to 45 days after your PayPal transaction date.

The resolution process for PayPal disputes is different from the process for non-PayPal cases, which is described in the rest of this article. For full details, see the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy.



To open a case (10 to 45 days from when you bought your item):
  1. Go to the Resolution Centre.
  2. Select your problem and click Continue. You may need to sign in to your account.
  3. Enter your item number, or click Find Item to choose from your list of recent purchases.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Under Tell us how you paid for this item, select the payment method you used.
    • If you select PayPal, you'll be redirected to the PayPal Resolution Centre. (You'll still be able to view your PayPal case from the eBay Resolution Centre.)
    • If you select another method, describe the method and clickContinue.
  6. Review your case details and then click Open Case.

Report fradulent seller to ebay-did not get my product

if you paid the item and never received it, you need to file an Item not receive case on eBay. You need to log in to your account then hover your mouse to customer support on the upper right and click resolution center in the drop down. then click i haven't received it yet under I bought an item. although you only have 45 days starting the day you purchase the item to file a case. you can do it as well on PayPal's end if you used PayPal in paying for it. You can contact eBay and report the seller, it's also your discretion to leave negative feedback and low ratings as well.

To request a refund, send the seller an email. Ask the seller to go to the Transaction Details page for your transaction and click Issue a refund.
You can request a refund up to 60 days after you pay for your item.

Here's how to find the seller's contact information:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Details next to the transaction you want a refund for.
  4. Use the contact information to send the seller an email.
If your seller doesn't agree to refund your money, you may be able to open a dispute in the Resolution Center. You can open a dispute if you didn't receive your item or you received something that doesn't match the seller's description. (You must open your dispute within 45 days of paying for your item.)

In the Resolution Center, you can communicate directly with the seller and try to resolve the problem. If you aren't able to work it out, we may be able to help you get a refund.

Note:
  • If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to your debit card or credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
  • If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal account.

I ordered some Power Balance bands from MAIYAOYAO on Nov 28th. I have yet to recieve them although I have been billed for them on my credit card. I used pay pal for the transaction. What do I need to do...

Pay-pal will take this up for you if you get in touch within 45 days of the transaction but when you get in touch with them they will ask you to contact the seller first to see what the problem is.
If you still don't get your items or your money refunded then pay-pal will get in touch with the seller .The good side is that if the seller doesn't refund you then you are covered because you bought it through Pay-pal .It takes a few weeks but you will get a refund.

Dj8153 bought an item. recieved a paypal receipt.

Contact Paypal. They have a claims resolution department. The bonus is that they are OWNED by ebay. You shouldn't have any problems receiving your refund.

Hello There.

That's unfortunate but in the world of electronics from ebay it's not unusual. My suggestion would be to contact the seller and get them to replace the item or refund you.
If the seller is not helpful and you paid via paypal, then you have upto 60 days to make a claim as 'item not as dscribed' to get your money back or a replacement.

Numark axis 2 lcd not working

This was a problem experienced by a friend of mine who asked my advice due to my electronics background.
I inspected the device last night and discovered that the CDJ was part of a system bought from a second-hand dealer only two days previously.
Simple solution, return to dealer and demand a full refund.

Lennox Electronics has declared bankruptcy and is stealing people's money but not telling anyone. I would take this product back to Walmart immediately and demand a refund. If you purchased the item more than 15 days ago then you are out of luck.

Walmart is not doing anything to help its customers in this matter.
