Could be a motor issue especially if it’s a 3 speed motor

I just replaced the trans in my maytag.if the washer is less than 5 years old trans is covered under warranty. but here is the kicker, labor and thrush bearing is not. trans cost is about 300.00 and labor is about the same. a new washer is about 450.00 So if you know someone who can do trans.[like for free] if not buy a new one. Sounds like a hose off pressure switch or faulty switch/ however make sure drain connected ok 1st....
