Be careful and look where software is coming from. If it does not have Apple on Address then delete or send it back to Apple. Now, they just might want you to update your account.

Official update notification comes from Apple in your system notifications. If it pops up on a website or requested by e-mail it is fake.

No it is not delete them and ignore them. If they threatening closing account or some story, it is only important if you play their game. I've receive similar that someone in Egypt purchased music and I need to update account or I will be billed . I'm still waiting after a year to be billed, because it never happened. You can be anyone you wish on the internet, does not make it true.

It is BS ignore it, respond and the email address iv active and you will receive tons of BS. If the account is closed (Which is not happening) what is going to happen. respond enter your password credit card info and stick you head in the sand, so you don't see the wreck coming.

goto applied.apple.com and login with your current Apple ID.
Next to your account info click on Edit on the right had side.
Click on the link for Change Apple ID. Enter your new Apple ID.

I entered the wrong email address to access my iCloud account and need to know how to change it.
your original email address is your iCloud acct email, unless you changed the acct info. if you just mistyped, then retype because you could not get into a mistyped email address and get in. or is it a locked acct your are trying to break into?

sometimes your computer has not been updated and your gmail might just load on to HTML format only. you might want to try to update your computer and or click on HTML format so you can read your email the old way.

How to override activation linked through an already setup apple account
So you worded the question a little weird, but if you are asking how to override a phone that is linked to one apple account to your apple account? The just go into settings put account info and put in your email that is linked to your apple account. Now if you have apps that are linked to the old account you have deleted them and install them under your account. The catch is if they are paid apps then you have to repay for them under your account. Doing this should update any apps that need to be updated. And the phone and apps will be under your apple account.

How can i know my apple id and password
1. Go to the "My Info" page at apple.com (see Resources below).
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom where it says "Don't Have an Apple ID?" and click on the link.
3. Fill out the information, including a valid email address, and submit. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after you hit the "Submit" button, so make sure the email you provide is valid.
4. Go to iTunes and log in using your Apple ID. You will be able to add a verified credit card account from here, which will allow you to both upload podcasts as well as download music and apps on the fly.

Wont update apps
You need to authorize iTunes in order for it to proceed with the update. Do that going to Store> Authorize this Computer...
You will then be asked for your log in information (Apple ID and password). Click Authorize after providing the necessary info.
There's another way. Go to iTunes Store which you'll find at the sidebar. And on the top-right corner, you will see "Sign In", just below the search bar.
Sign in there.
Note, the account you used to purchase those apps should be the account that will use to Sign In or Authorize in iTunes on your PC.

Itouch says it cant find server but then i get my email anyway. However when dealing with twitter i get error loading messages. works sometimes and then not other times. has been working fine for months....
Have you updated all of your apps? Some of mine didn't work right until the apps had been updated for the new OS
