make sure to configure the wireless settings of your roku player matching the wireless settings of your router. You need to do manually, go to the network settings of your roku, go to wlan settings and edit the SSID and wireless security key

go back to the store where you bought it and ask how to get it working
if the store is an ethical shop they will send around a technician to set it for you
last option is to take it back and get a warranty refund as it is not as described and not fit for the purpose

SOURCE: my hisense 43 4k tv keeps reverting to 480i from 4k when i check the output it says 4k not recognised but then i reset the tv and go back into the picture output menu it lets me put 4k back on my tv
Just bought this television at my local Wal-Mart it didn't have a remote was it suppose to have one
