Arachnid pro 800 board peers on but doesn't register darts

Oh hi, I heard of this information, when he numbers on my halex electronic dart board don't register when i hit them, whereas about 60% of them do, so i can play a game basketball legends as long as i hit those numbers. It's a real?

Their should be a sticker on the back usually it is 9v or 12v volts

If you look at the back of the board the is a small hole where you use a pin to reset the electronic board.

if it is a free trial system the pay for the program
if you have a disc the re install the game
possible a driver failing

Been looking all over for mine and found no help online. Just found the adapter in a box so heres my info:

Output: 9.0V 0.5A

On the connector itself, outside is positive, inside is negative.

Model Number of adapter is SCF0900050A1BA

Hope this helps somebody in the future... Or at least I find this page again next time I misplace the adapter

Contact DMI, I'm sure they will supply one. The manual lists 2,
6V 300ma and 9V 500ma.I'm sure they will advise, there is a contact number. Parts Warranty
It's a coaxial plug but I could not determine the diameter although this will probably work Amazon com Velleman PSSMV1USA 3 12Vdc Switching Power Supply Industrial...
use plug that fits and set to 6 volt and make sure polarity is correct (the socket on the dartboard will prob show that the centre is +ve with a little diagram but do check to be sure)
