Hello, this may be a late answer. I would have returned to the technician for answers, also. It may be possible to regenerate batteries so hang on to them until you have them tested. Hope this helped .
While it is a wheeled chair, it is not a wheelchair. You should contact the factory or whoever you bought it from... which, for this sort of problem, is the same answer if it HAD been a wheelchair.
