You can
basically substitute any non dairy products for milk and then follow the
regular recipe for hot chocolate i.e. heat the 'milk' and add chocolate till it
melts and stir in sugar to taste.
Be careful
with the sugar amounts as some of the non dairy milks ie soya are quite sweet
already.
You can try using almond or rice milk as well or just buy a non-dairy creamer.
