You need to contact Toshiba Support here: http://support.toshiba.com/computers. You should have at least a one-year warranty, and they should repair it. Don't take 'no' for an answer, they want your business.

Do you mean that you want the video drivers for your laptop? Go to the Toshiba website, click Support (or maybe Downloads), find the list for Satellite C855-S5132NR and the video drivers should be posted there for free download.

Since it has a dual core and pre-installed with Vista Home Premium - about five years ago for Toshiba Satellite L45-S7419 15.4-inch Laptop. For the toshiba satellite pro l450d - about a couple years ago.

This is from Toshiba support.....it was released in October of this year and corrects many issues with your model laptop, and for all operating systems. It should be the first download on the list. It is free of charge from Toshiba support.
