HP Photosmart C7280 printer gets into a paper blockage mode that appears to be from its own mechanical parts - leaving 1.2cm wide indentations on the leading edge of the paper on its top left side starting at about 2 cm and sometimes also 7 cm from the corner. Happens in copy and print modes. Is there a fix for this problem?

Why does hp laserjet CP3525 says A4 in tray 2?
Based on my experience, it is likley that the document you are trying to print was originally formatted for A4 and hence when you go to print it asks for that paper. I have also run into a few fresh driver installs that default to A4(european) paper sizes.

Sounds like you have a stripped gear somewhere. Probably somewhere in the paper drive assembly. Take it to your nearest printer repair shop, because tech support may not be much help with that.

The color quality is poor and dark on my pictures within my reports. I am using a HP CP3525. I cannot find any place to adjust it. Tom
Printer is almost out of ink. usually the printer attempts to produce as much distribution of pixles with the available ink. Also usually for the printer to printer incomplete pages, skip pages during pirnting or display messages either logo or sounb warnings as supplies almost depleted.
