go to: Network configuraion => Wireless=>Radio configuration=>
and select a chanel.
Make sure when both AP's are to function on one network (+roaming) the channels on both should be different (f.i. choose channel 3 & 6). SSID and key;s should be the same
Make sure to save the changes on the AP.
first if you now te ip address and the user and password of admin, conect the ap at the ethernet port of you pc and configure it with a ip in the same range that the ap, put the ip direcction in the web browser.
the second way is conect the ap to the serial port and run the hyperterminal if you have windows, maybe you need configure the values of the conecctions.
Sounds like corrupt firmware. If you can get to a page to update firmware, download the latest and go for it. If not, try reset again. If still ng, contact manufacturer or purchase a new AP.
Just pull the power supply plug out for thirty seconds. It works for me. You are correct I don't ever use the reset button. In fact the techs at Verizon told me to just pull the plug out. Hope this is what you wanted, Please leave rating...thank you
