Commercial Washer Spin problem My Hwaesung Commercial Front load washer started making very loud noise on high spin RPM, now today won’t spin with large comforter load any suggestions? Works fine under...

You did not post the model number but when a front loader wont spin at high speed it usually means that a spring or shock absorber on the drum is broken or came off.

My Roper washing machine keeps filling and draining in the final rinse cycle. The lid lock light flashes and the machine will not complete the wash cycle, just keeps filling, spinning and draining!

Depending on your model, it will either have an electronic or mechanical timer. If electronic which it sounds like, you likely have a bad board or control unit. If mechanical you will need a new timer.

My old washer was mechanical and I had to replace the timer several times over 18 years. My new Samsung is all digital so when it goes bad, will have to diagnose the circuit that needs replacing. Normally there is an error code on the LCD readout.

My roper top load washer model rtw4440vq fills with water but wont wash, spin or drain

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
Motor Coupling If the washer won't spin or agitate the motor coupling might have failed. The motor coupling connects the motor to the washer transmission. It is designed to fail if the washer is overloaded in order to protect both the motor and
Drive Belt If the washer won't spin or agitate, check the drive belt. If the belt is broken or if it isn't tight on the pulleys the washer won't spin or agitate properly.

Drive Motor If the washer won't spin or agitate the drive motor might be defective. This is not common. Check all of the other related parts to this symptom before replacing the motor. If the motor is visibly burned out or physically damaged, replace it.

Stator Assembly If the washer won't spin or agitate the stator assembly might be burned out. The stator is essentially one half of a motor, it interacts with the tub by creating a strong electro-magnet. If the stator burns out the washer won't spin or agitate. Check the stator for continuity. This part is often misdiagnosed.

Door or Lid Latch Assembly If the washer won't spin or agitate the lid switch assembly might be defective. This is a very common problem. The lid switch assembly can fail either mechanically or electrically. Test any electrical switches with an Ohm meter for continuity. The switches should have continuity according to their design.

Door Lock Motor and Switch Assembly If the washer won't spin or agitate the door lock assembly should be checked. The door lock can fail either mechanically or electrically. Test any switches on the door lock with an Ohm meter. The switches should have continuity according to their design.

Motor Control Board If the washer won't spin or agitate the motor control board might be defective. The motor control board provides power to the motor as well as direction and force. If the motor control board is defective the washer may not work at all or function properly.

I have a roper washer 5 years old and it won't drain or turn on now it was working fine yesterday ive unplugged replugged pulled out all the clothes checked power supply and hoses what now?

I looked up your model number. You particular machine allows for wash with the lid open. You nothing happens. On that case I would check the motor capacitor.

Roper washer agitator won't spin after kids loaded

Hi,
It sounds like a someone has broke the lid switch to the washer. Below I have attached a picture, Item number 9 would be the part you seek. P# 3949247 Under the control panel you will find a harness that contains 3 wires coming out of the cabinet housing. The colors should be tan, white and green. If you jump the white and tan you unit should run and think the lid switch is working. Safety way is to unplug the unit to by-pass the switch and plug it back in and select spin only. This is only to test, you need a lid switch for safety. You should replace it ASAP if this test works for you.

Coin operated equipment

Go to searspartsdirect.com. Type in the model numbers you provided for each appliance you have mentioned. For the dryer, look under the "Top and Console Parts" heading for item numbers 64 and 66. For the washer, look under the "Meter Case" heading for item numbers 19 and 22. There is a toll free Customer Support number listed that you will need to call for availability of the keys you're looking for. They will request the vendor name (probably listed on the back of the coin box, or on the lock facing) in order to match the keys to your box. They should also be able to provide you with any other guidance and/or answer your questions. I hope this helps you.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.
