My Mr. Coffee Cafe Barista won’t do the programs anymore. When I press the latte or cappuccino buttons, water will come through the coffee filter right away Instead of starting with the steamed and frothed milk and it will just keep running until it runs out of water if I don’t stop it.

SOURCE: Saeco Talea Giro no steam or water from spout

I have the same problem as well, talked to a repair shop and it's definitely a "send in" or warranty repair. I was told it's an o-ring issue. I have no water coming out of the steam wand and it goes into the dispense tray instead.

SOURCE: Delonghi Magnifica Rapid Cappuccino machine has

Your problem is the holes in the cappuccino maker and
steam nozzle are clogged. Clean the holes in the cappuccino maker and the steam nozzle.

IMPORTANT: Before cleaning the holes in the steam nozzle, make sure that there that it is not hot and there is no pressure on the machine.

I'm sending you a free pdf manual download of what I believe to be your machine. If this is not it, give me the model # and I will try to find it.

Good Luck!

SOURCE: There used to be enough

This a
clear problem from scale builds up in the boiler. The scale layer is acting as
an insulation layer which is reducing the efficiency of the heating element to
the boiler and also reducing the water capacity thus also the steam production
capacity.

So you
should first try to de-scale your machine three four times with intervals of
three days from each de-scale. Try also to perform the de-scale very slowly
like when you will flash the water solution from the water reservoir take about
30 minutes why drawing a coffee cup every five minutes. With this way you have
very good chance to remove a lot of scale and you machine heating efficiency to
be increased. If after the above procedure you have no difference then you need
a new boiler which is one unit with elements and sensor.

Here below we
have a link with more information for your machine which can help you.

Chefman Barista Pro Silver Won't Dispense Milk

All your delivery tubes are blocked with congealed sour milk. These machines need cleaning daily with Enzyme milk cleaner like Rinza, but they don't tell you this stuff when you buy them. I spent the last 9 years of my career with high volume coffee machines (1,000 cups a day) and ours were cleaned three times a day. In a previous position where they were actually done once a day, the tubes sometimes had to be removed and cleaned manually. The milk in the tubes was disgusting and stuck to the walls of the plastic tube like glue! They also don't tell you that these machines need dealer service every 6 to 12 months.

Why (is) milk frothing not working in my Mr coffee cafe barista?

In my experience of coffee machines it is always a clog. You have to use milk enzyme cleaner and few do. It may be in the tube deep in the machine. You have to remove it an push something through it. If the tube is clear plastic you can break up the clog by squeezing it.

Cafe barista not frothing

the frother gradually gets milk buildup and loses suction- an air blast through the milk tube and up the spout (can get an aerosol at hardware store) will help as well as the cleaning cycle. Also I used a q tip to the top of the spout several times but just had the q tip top come off and may have blocked it completely
