Pairing Bluetooth Devices
Posters often ask "How do I pair my Bluetooth ???" Insert whatever device you have at the question marks.

Generally, you need to read the instructions for the camera, headset, speakers or whatever the Bluetooth device is.

Roughly speaking though.

Settings - Bluetooth - Search, on the Android, iPhone, Windows phone whatever.

With camera, speaker, headphones or whatever the Bluetooth device is, you have to press a button on that device to send out the signal. On my Bowers and Wilkins T6 Speakers, there is a button on the top with the Bluetooth symbol on it. This is the part people usually don't do and ask for advice, thinking it will do this automatically.

When the Android device recognizes it, click Pair, and if it asks for a code, the Default is '0000', (four zeros, no quotes).

Do not know this is what I found on the internet have no experience with the hv-800

To pair the headset, please keep pressing the turn on off button until the red and blue light flashing. ( I think this translates to holding the power button in for a certain time period - think it got lost in translation from chinese to english - somewhere )

if asked to enter the password, please enter 0000, confirm and then the Bluetooth enabled device successfully connecting with this product. The blue light will flash two times every 5 seconds after a connnection.

The standard procedure is of course to go into setting, turn on your bluetooth services and wait to locate all bluetooth enabled products to show and if prompted for a password you enter 0000. On the BlueAnt you turn on and hold the button down until you get a flashing blue light, often blue/red combo but flashing to go into pairing mode.

This has worked for 99% of bluetooths . Turn off bluetooth complety.Go to search for devices menu on your phone but dont search yet.. Press and HOLD the power button on the bluetooth do not let it go. when the bluetooth starts blinking (some will blink blue some red some both) When it starts blinking keep holding power button(on bluetooth) while doing this then do search for devices on your phone when should see it pop up. when you go to pair therm it will ask for password most are default 0000.

Hi,it all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.

When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.

After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.

there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device.
Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).

Hi, to pair bluetooth you need to do following:

1. turn off tooth
2. turn off bluetooth function on the iphone
3. push on and hold it on the bluetooth until solid blue light comes up
4. turn on bluetooth on the iphone, it finds it in 2 sec, password 0000


iPhone is not perfect, but it's one of the BEST phone ever made. Have it for 2 years and enjoy every second of it

You have to pair your device. Turn the bluetooth off, and then hold the power button down until the bluetooth blinks. Usually blue and red. As soon as it starts blinking go to the bluetooth menu on your phone and search for all devices. When you see your bluetooth click connect and it should ask for the pw 0000. type it in and then your bluetooth should connect. make sure your phone and bluetooth are fully charged. let me know if that worked.

YOu will have to put the headset in pairing mode by keeping the power button pressed till the light becomes solid blue instead of blinking. Now switch on the blue tooth of your mobile and try pairing,. it should work. passcode will be 0000

The name of your bluetooth headset is the OmniTech (OT-020C).

This will be slightly difficult to explain without knowing the model of phone... First off, you need to ensure that you are using a bluetooth enabled phone. You will need to enter the settings and tools menu. From within that menu, you need to find either "connections" or "bluetooth" and select. Make sure bluetooth is enabled. There will be an option to add a new device.

On your bluetooth headset, hold down the power button down until the power light stays lit. This may take 5 seconds or more. Now your bluetooth is in pairing mode.

you have to make sure that bluetooth is turned on.

go to your home screen, touch settings, then general, then bluetooth, make sure the bluetooth switch is set to on.

Then follow your directions for the your headset for pairing, usually it involves holding the power button down for so many seconds, then it will enter a "pairing" mode where the headset is able to be seen by phones.

Once that happens it should pop up on the bluetooth page of the iPhone and it will ask for the devices password. Most devices the default password is 1111.
