Have you called the company and asked?

I hope no one answers "How do I get past the Password" posts because we never know if it is someone else's computer they are trying to get into.

SOURCE: How do we restore a Kocaso M766 to factory settings

From the Kocaso troubleshooting guide:
"If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings. Please refer to http://www.kocaso.com/support.html"

SOURCE: how to reset kocaso tablet to factory

With the power off, try holding down the up volume button and the power power button. After it starts up with something appearing on the screen then release and this may get you to the factory restore option menu.

How can I unlock my kocaso nb1016a if the mouse port or keyboard doesnt work

Put it in safe mode this should help troubleshoot the problem for your USB ports. If not then you may need to replace the mother board or take it to someone that is more computer literate.
