open the top of the dryer. slide the belt down to the power unit. of course you shoudl always unplug the unit first before removing the cover. carefully lift up ont he drum and they shoudl fall out. carefull y palce the drum back and the belt. replace the cover and plug in to see if that works.

if there is still water in the machine then you need to drain the water.
this can be done by using a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose and remove the water that way. this will normally unlock the door
also check the wiring to the drain pump this does effect the door. you may aslo try pushing the clear or cancel button for three to five seconds.

Being a high efficiency washer, this model uses less water. Not all the soap suds have not been rinsed away. Most likely you are using the wrong detergent. Use detergent with the he label on it.
