Old me I needed google play services and took me to the play store even, so I hit install and it acted like it was going to but after it downloaded and finished installing I get a notafication saying download error960. It also keeps on telling mebroswer not responding but I can click wait and it loads fine.
Go to settings then the app:
1). Delete the update of the play store
2). If worked then fine & if not then follow
3). Power off device & remove battery
Press and hold the power button for 5 sec put battery again and start ( not for nonremovable phones)
If work then fine if not then follow
4) Open setting again then the app
Then force stop first then delete caches
Reboot devise it still not working delete data
5) If still not working hard reset it as well.

this can happen if you've rooted your tablet or installed a custom ROM. If the case is the latter, you may just need to install a different ROM. If you haven't done anything then i suggest you follow their instructions and contact CRAIG.

If the Disable option is showing but the Enable is not then either the Play Services is enabled or your thinks it is. This information is held in the phones cache memory. Clear the cache and then start again.If you need to know how to clear the cache then post another question please.

With Google Play store sometimes updates don't go as planned when it updates the actual app that is used to download other items to your phone. Best way to fix this is to go to [Apps] --> [Settings] --> [Apps or Application Manager] Choose [All] from the tabs to choose. Then scroll down till you find [Google Play or Play Store] From here you can click on it and then choose "Uninstall Updates" after this is completed you should be able open play store again like normal, select Yes to the terms and conditions and then be back up and running again.

Go and search it on the Play Store and manually install it.
If it fails try searching on google for an apk of google services and install it on your device.
