Hello! My Bosch Nexxt series 300 washing machine is showing a E: 13 error and won't open. I have tried unplugging it but that doesn't seem to help.

turn off THE POWER by c. breaker, wait by 45 seconds, and turn ON again and try it.

E13 error in your Bosch WFMC washer is a drain error and is displayed when the drain time exceeds & the washer is unable to drain so the door won't open sometimes when this error is displayed. You will have to clean the drain trap in the bottom right hand corner. You can stick a straighten paper clip in the access panel located inside the front bottom panel through the whole and then turn the access panel counter clockwise to unscrew the plastic drain cap behind it. After everything is cleaned and the error returns then replacing the drain pump is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Turn the dial to off position wait few second, door should unlock. Unless you try to open it during cycle, it won't open. Otherwise, follow owner manual. call the manufacture.

Try putting the washer on COLD and run "TWO" cycles. It must be on COLD. There is a chance there is too much soap or fabric softener in the washer. It may also help to clean the fabric softener tray where you add the softener.

under loaded fill it up

First, unplug your washer. After that find the little round plate below your drum opening on the exterior of the washer. It should have a small hole in it. Use something to gently push trough this hole and twist the cover off, Inside there you will find the drain access. Be careful, if there is water in your drum this will make a mess when you unscrew the drain access. Take the usual precautions and unscrew the drain access slowly until it is off. Remove any obstructions and replace access door and cover. Clean up any mess and plug back in your washer and try again. takes about thirty minutes to an hour depending on how much water is in the drum.

Put the washer on cold and run "TWO" cycles. There is too much soap or fabric softner.
