What is the error or what happens when you try? Is it available in the store when you search for it? Is your phone out of space? Is it not compatible? All of these issues have a different solution try looking for it ion the samsung store or going to the company that made the app website for a direct download or if all else fails got to google and look for the apk file. Even when you manage to put the Google play store app on your iPad, you won't be able to run any of the apps they sell there. You need an android tablet to run these apps.
