Xerox 4112 fuse blowing in F10 position on IOT PWb started with error code 010-315

I checked door latches, Changed both fuser rollers, changed fuser clutch, changed 3 heating elements, checked and reset punch unit. pulled fuser unit and fuse still blows when power up. pulled image drum and fuse still blows on start up. checked all gears in fuser moving freely. cant figure why fuse blows.

SOURCE: creda compact 3 37301 tumble dryer pull down door.

I would suspect thermal fuse, easiest way to test is to tape wires together and start dryer. Safety note if left like this it will start a fire. It is located on the back of the dryer and has two wires connected to it. Here is a website that will help:

http://www.partselect.com/dryer+dryer-wont-heat+repair.htm

Usually, failure of a thermal switch is caused by extreme heat: meaning that the dryer is not venting properly, clean dryer of lint inside and outside as well as the vent tube. Good Luck Tim

I have xerox phaser 7500dn, it is giving me error code 010-328. How can i fix this error

Your fuser is not coming up to temperature. Power off the printer. Remove the fuser and check for any bent pins or breaks on the hot roller. If all looks all right, reinstall fuser and power up the printer. If the error returns. Your fuser most likely need replaced. I hope it's just that. Replacing the Main Control Unit Printed Wiring Board (MCU PWB) or the Main Low Voltage Power Supply (LVPS) are not cheap! Then again, neither is the fuser! But not as much as the other two!

ERROR CODE 9-363

9-363 is either the developer housing rotary system did not reach home position. or you need to check fuses in Rotary PWB. It's more a job for a service centre.

If you wish to check the fuses yourself

rotary pwb. Its behind the IOT pwb. Basically at the top left hand corner as you look at the rear of the machine. It is the 2 fuses that are harder to get at, may as well change all 3 whilst your there. The rating for the fuse is written on them.

If it's the developer motor taking it off and back can fix it from seizing and it may operate normally.

Xerox Dc12 9-345 error how i solve it please any body help me

The RAP does not lead you to the connector unless you trace the wiring in the BSD. This connector is located on an air duct on the bottom right hand corner of the IOT Drive PWB and acts as a double plug to connect on one side to the connector of the IBT Cleaner Blade home position sensor and the other side to a connector that leads to the IOT Drive PWB. After firmly plugging in the connector, the fault code went away. call 98413 40555

Error 9-363 Xerox code

Yes Its on the rotary pwb. Its behind the IOT pwb. Basically at the top left hand corner as you look at the rear of the machine. I think it is a 3 amp slow blow but cant quite remember. Definately slow blow though. Sometimes if you meter them they can read ok but as soon as a load is passed through them the fuse cant hold the charge and fails. It is the 2 fuses that are harder to get at, may as well change all 3 whilst your there. The rating for the fuse is written on them. Worst case is the developer motor has seized, taking it off an putting it back on again usually remedies this, but its a bit more awkward to get to. Fuses first

I have a System Error Code 14-376 please help me

This code refers to a halftone pwb fail, if fault occurs when coming out if powesave I would suspect a lvps fault, other things that have can cause this error include front door interlock, vsel pwb, fuse 4 on distibution pwb, open circuit on 5v to ROS, faulty ribbon cable from IOT CPU to halftone PWB.

I would try first to reseat the PJ on the IOT CPU mainly p397 and p398 and pj403 ribbon cable, also dont overlook the front door switch as this will cause low voltage problems.

I'm from turkey. problem is 10-389 code.

My apology. I recently left my job. I no longer have access to xerox documentation and the codes. And I do not want to make a guess and lead you down the wrong path to a solution.
If you haven't resolved your problem, I would suggest reposting it on the main board here and allow someone else to provide your answer.
