SOURCE: I have lost my manual.

The fuel mixture ratio for any 2 stroke engine on a trimmer in the last 5 years is 50:1 (air quality standards)
More than 5 years 40:1
10 years old = 32:1

You are missing something, fuel spark air? Then the engine is the problem.

Fuel mix Mountfield model 40

This information is always marked on the back of the oil container. I find that the best mix is one small container of oil to one gallon of gas, mix well in gas container . Good Luck Friend.

What is the fuel oil ratio per litre for a husqvarna 535rxt strimmer

If it is 2 stroke, take petrol /fuel and mix it with preferably synthetic2 stroke oil.

Ratio is usually 10L petrol mixed with 200 ml or 2 stroke oil, that is the best result, used it on my chainsaw, strimmer, moped, working for years without a glitch.

Hi Chris the usual mix for any trimmer is 40 parts petrol to 1 part two stroke oil. Each tank of fuel I do usually gets a dribble to make it look slightly pinkish. Not to dark though or it smokes terribly.

What is 40-1 mix never had a spear jackson strimmer always had stihl wich is 100ml to the gallon easy please help

40:1 is exactly the same thing as 100 ml to the gallon. It;s just expressed differently. Put another way, 40:1 is 40 gallons of gas to 1 gallon of oil. Or 1 gallon of gas to 1/40 gallon of oil. 100 ml is very nearly 1/40 gallon. Good luck. Vote if you found this helpful. Al K

typical mix is 40:1 to 50:1... The oil containers should have a chart for the correct ounces per gallon.. I would use 40:1
