As long as you watch the impedance, the unit is spec'ed with 8 ohms. The power rating of a speaker is only the speaker. You could put a 500 watt speaker, r a 20 watt speaker on a 20 watt amp, it will not make any difference. If the speakers are 8 ohms the the impedance could be range from 32 ohms or 2 ohms, depending on the arrangement.

It depends on the impedence of the speakers. Carfull as you could burn up this amp if you exceed the resistance rating on it. The Amplifier will have wierd, notched, circular speakon cable connectors on the back, two, one for main left and one for main right. Press the button in on your speakon cable connector and twist it and lock it into place on the amplifer for right and left attachments, then do the same to your speakers.
Hopefully this helps.

Check the internal wiring. There may be a loose connnection and this is VERY hazardous to you amp !!!
These may also have a self reseting fuse and that MAY be damaged.
You should discover the problem when you open up the unit.

Assuming you're trying to power the monitors from this unit as well as the mains.....Confirm that the amp switch is in the middle position which splits the internal amps....one for main and one for monitors. Output A would power the monitors.... B would power the mains.

Hi, I think in most amps switching to bridge mode simply means the amp supplies its total power through the left channel only. It's the best way to use all of your amp's power but nothing comes out of the right channel. Having speakers connected to both channels would simply mean that only the Left channel works, it would not blow it. Some amps have the speakers wired to binding posts and this varies according to whether you want mono, stereo or bridged. I can't help with the power board sorry
Testimonial: "Thanks Gavin, I think ive diagnosed it wrong, ive power to the desk but the FX processor keeps flashing on and off, theres sound from all outputs other than the main outs A and B, so im guessing its the PSU..."
