the sim card might not be in right try taking it out and putting it back in. wipe the sim card off with a tissue and wipe the slot i goes into also. and then restart your phone if that doesnt work make sure you have the right sizefor your phone
It looks like you will need to open them up and look for a loose wire in both earpieces. Also, while there, check to see if the batteries are in correctly relating to polarity!
try factory resetting the phone, as calibration doesnt work, if this doesnt help the problem you will need to replace the touchscreen, expect to pay £25-£35 at a decent repair shop
If you feel confident and competent enough, try taking your phone apart
and giving the internals a good clean, take the white keypad PCB out
and clean both it's contacts and the contacts on the phone's mainboard,
and clear out any dust. Put the phone back together and see if that's
solved the problem. It could also simply be that the keypad connector
has worked loose
Key Pressed : Key presses phone appears to see
:
3 : 3 then left soft key
6 : 6 then right soft key
9 : 9 then back
c : c then #
left soft key : 3 then left soft key
right soft key : 6 then right soft key
(All the other keys worked correctly)
As I didn’t know what was causing this I attempted to move all data
stored on the phone to the memorystick so I could master reset and
possibly reflash, although after this I returned to the homescreen to
find all keys had started functioning correctly again,

hi, one thin wire connection between your phone navigator to body of the cell phone, you make somany times up and down so that wire has loose connection.so you bring your cell to mobile shop and change that wire.
I've found that the speakerphone only works closed when using the media player. Close your phone then hold down the right side key and navigate with the left side key, use the right side key to select an option. When in the media player the hold button is the right side key hold down to toggle on or off. If that is the answer your looking for.
