I often get several lines referring to @JPL printed at the top of a first page. I have a Dell Inspiron 15R and an Epson Workforce 7720 Multi-function printer. How can I stop this?

It sounds like you've got contamination on the drum cartridge or on one of the toner cartridges.

I'm actually going to be installing black toner in my 3100cn in about 8 hours, so I'll inspect and clean each of the carts, and write up the process for you tonight.

Try print head cleaning several times(3-4 times). Print nozzle check to see results. If the same problem-contact SC for deep cleaning.
