My orchids shoot fell off after the flower fel off what can i do to get the shoot bk

You may need to prune the stem that carried the flower back to an out facing bud . And wait cos it all takes time may take months, try to find the name or type of Orchid you have, they are all different to look after. Good luck!

Pruning a forsythia bush fall or winter and how?

The best time for trimming forsythia is in the spring after the blooms fade. Pruning forsythia in late summer or fall will reduce the number of flowers in the spring since these shrubs bloom on old wood and set their flower buds soon after new growth appears.
