Rinse your hair with plain vinegar as a last resort if your hair color is still too strong. Vinegar is acidic and can help strip dye from your colored hair if used correctly. Apply enough vinegar to thoroughly soak your hair, and allow to sit for two or three minutes; then, rinse with liberal amounts of warm water.

ok honey, first thing is don't freak, you will be ok. the only way to fix this is to go darker. with out a picture I'm going to do my best to help you. See if you can get a friend to help you do this. You will need to put the hi-lites in foils, try to get as much of the blond and as little of the orange as possible in the foil, coat with conditioner, and fold. this will keep them blond as I assume you want to keep them. Between the foils you will need to use a 5 or 6 ash based color, this will neutralize the orange color you have now. Use 10 vol developer or even 5 vol if your hair is in bad shape.leave on about 10 to 15 mins, rinse off a piece to check color progression, when it's a neutral brown you will need to rinse. I wouldn't leave it on more than 30 mins or you could end up ashy.
