I have onn 32 led TV I dont have remote for but it is struck on photo how do I get it off an back to tv

Just get a universal remote. Set it to your onn tv with onn codes or rca codes. Worked quick. Less than 5 minutes spent and it's fixed.

99% chance of it being the backlights as they fail very often on ONN brand TV's.
