SOURCE: Macbook - screen white/blank after turning on

Sounds like it could be a corrupted OS; have you tried forcing it to start up with the OS disk, holding down the 'C' key? That's the first place to start...

If it won't start up like that, you probably have a hardware problem. (You can get excellent troubleshooting guidance at: http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Mac/ ) depending on your level of geekness, and assuming the warranty is expired?

Good luck

SOURCE: iphone won't boot past Apple logo after installing

Sometimes the iPhone can lockup and stop working or just show the Apple symbol and not do anything else. But panic not, normally an app has caused the phone to crash and it needs to be restarted.
Here’s how you do it:
Sometimes just pressing and holding the home button for about 5 seconds, can help. But if not try this:
Press and hold the iPhone’s Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for several seconds, or until you see the apple logo on the screen.
If you still have no success with the reset the only other option is to do a restore using iTunes. This will wipe you iPhone bust should get wit working again.

SOURCE: Stuck on black and white Apple logo screen

Hi,

Solution 1) Press Hold/Sleep & hold buttons at same time for 20 seconds, This may fix you problem.

If problem is still alive follow solution 2

Solution 2) Press Hold/Sleep & hold buttons at same time for 10 sec. & then leave only Hold/Sleep button keep home button pressed & connect you ipod to PC, That means you have to bring your ipod in DFU mode (Recovery mode) Check out this video for getting ipod touch in DFU mode http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bITIiGswjFI
. itune must be run on PC.
It will ask you for restore. Accept Restore you ipod touch request by itune. Wait for few minutes while ipod being restored.

This process will solve your problem 100%. I have solved same problem for ipod touch. Follow this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQk4-krrNVk

The windows files are corrupted or the hard drive has issues, load cd installation disc if available, if that fails have the hardware checked for possible replacement.

Have you tried a PRAM start?
Switch machine off. Restart> when you hear the first Chime, hold down the following four keys at the same time (tricky but can be done) ALT>CMD>P>R. Keep them held down until you hear the second Chime then release.

Macbook stuck on load up screen

When you say "load up screen", I assume you mean the Apple boot screen (it has the apple on a gray background).

You might try resetting the PRAM on the macbook.
You can do this by pressing and holding the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.

So, turn the macbook completely off. Turn it on and immediately press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys until the computer reboots and chimes. Once it chimes, release the keys. Your system should boot normally.

My Macbook pro turns on but then gets stuck at the Apple logo with the loading gear and never finishes loading.

See if you can start your Mac in safe mode:

Shut down your Mac and wait 10 seconds.
  1. Press the power button.
  2. Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold down the Shift key. You should press the Shift key as soon as possible after you hear the startup tone, but not before.
  3. Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator (spinning gear).
To leave safe mode, restart your Mac normally without holding down any keys during startup.

If you can boot in safe mode, you have something on board your computer that's interfering with startup. If you've recently installed software, system extensions or 3rd party preference panels (Adobe and Microsoft stuff is notorious), try to disable or de-install it. If you can't get booted in safe mode, you may have a hardware or memory problem that might require technical repair. Repost your progress.

My MacBook Pro is stuck on the grey start up screen with the apple logo and a spinning circle. Sometimes it gets to a probationary circle with the spinning circle.

Unfortunately, this sounds like a problem with your hard drive/ logic board. To Fix This You Will Need To Go To The Apple Store And They Will Most Likely Have To Replace Or Repair It. the Process Takes About 2 Days - 1 Week (Just To Set Expectations.) :(

How to Reset icloud Password ' Forgot icloud email Password Reset your Icloud password Reset your password using the Apple ID account page / Icloud password reset Step 1: To start, go to appleid.apple id Password reset and click Forgot Apple ID or password in the center of the page. Step 2: You'll be taken to a new page where you'll have to enter your Apple ID or the email address associated with the account. Click Continue, then select I need to reset my password. Step 3: You'll now be able to choose how you want to reset your password, whether it be through email or by answering a set of security questions. Which option you choose is really based on your personal preference. Step 4: Choosing the email method prompts Apple to send instructions to the primary email address you used to begin this process, or a rescue email if you decided to make one. You'll know the email has been sent when you see the Email has been sent page with a large, green check mark. If you can't find the email, be sure to check your Spam, Junk, and Trash folders, or repeat the steps above to have the email sent again. Going with the security questions requires you to confirm your birthday and answer the questions before you're able to create a new password. Reset your Icloud password If none of the earlier steps have worked, and you've checked Apple System Status, then the next thing is to change your Apple ID password. It's a hassle, but often it fixes the problem. Changing your password is easiest on your Mac . 1. Open the web browser and go to appleid.apple.com. 2. Click 'Reset your password'. 3. Enter your Apple ID and click Next. 4. Choose Email authentication or Answer Security Questions and click Next. 5. Click Reset Password in the email, or enter the security questions. 6. Enter a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. 7. Click Reset Password.
