Most likely water valve needs replacing
Might be a silly question, but did you or anyone else in house maybe accidentally turn off the water supply to dishwasher?
Ok if not, how clean is your water supply? Do you have rust particles etc in your water? Is your house a new construction? You might just have debis blocking the screen in your hose to the dishwasher.
turn off water supply to dishwasher take off hose at back of washer and check screen. If clean, and water supply is good then
(assuming you checked in the dishwasher and there is no water in the washer) you have a number of possibilities.
simplest is the electric water valve is bad and needs replaced.
hardest is a computer board/relay is bad.
both problems need electrical testers and knowledge how to use them. If you have both go ahead if not call a repair person.
Good Luck,
Gary

SOURCE: Error Code OE
Hi there,
The most common cause of an OE error code on a modern LG dishwasher is:
1. Blocked drain hose
2. Obstruction in the sump area (beneath the filter, which needs to be removed to check for onstruction)
3. Failing drain motor.
else you need to REPLACE THE PCB POWER CONTROL BOARD
Good Luck!!!
SOURCE: My Samsung DMR57 Dishwasher gives me error code
Our unit started displaying code 9E after filling, draining and filling again. At the beginning it was enough just to restart it. Finally this trick didn't work anymore. Before calling service for out of warranty I decided to take the unit out of the cabinet and start it. Of course this didn't fixed the problem. Then i noticed where the water comes in and I took off the panel on the left side bottom.
Under the panel there is a white box that has a floater inside. The floater is pushing a lever that actuates a micro switch. I noticed that the lever wasn't moving as the machine started to fill in with water. The lever was stuck. An easy touch on the lever fixed the problem and the machine started working.
I will put back the washer for now but if it happens again in the next future i'll have to find a more permanent fix.
SOURCE: I have a Black & Decker digital steamer Model
I have the exact same problem - still no solution - this is the only posting I could find ... anywhere! If I figure out something, I will let you know. I love the steamer, but the beeping is also driving me nuts!
SOURCE: Samsung DMT300RFS dishwasher; low-level water error
A Samsung service tech showed me how to fix this one. You can take that float and the white box apart from the dishwasher and once opened, if its like mine, there will be gunk on the float and in the box at the line where it fills with water. This gunk floats in there and prevents the float from swinging and activating the switch. Just clean that gunk out with a toothbrush, I end up doing mine about once every four months, and it should work fine again. This tech said to prevent this, make sure the water is hot at the beginning of the cycle and pre-rinse the dishes-but this doesn't seem to work with mine.
This code means an error code. That the dishwasher electronic control has detected a condition it needs to check. When you see a code, follow these steps to solve the problem:
· Press "Stop/Clear" to clear the display and stop the beeping if any.
· Reprogram the dishwasher.
· If the code still displays, turn off the power to the dishwasher at your breaker box and wait five minutes and clean all part (area) that are open to water carefully before turning it back on.
Thanks for using fixya
