In the television settings you have to add the Hub SSID and the WPA password. It isn't like Bluetooth in that it searches and finds. It also has to be physically connected with a cable, or it the television is wifi connectible, you have to choose. Find the television manual online Google
if your tv is smart, it is probably Bluetooth compatible. you may have to go into settings of the tv to turn the Bluetooth on, while your headphones are in Bluetooth mode and on.

You can play the games downloaded and installed using the Smart Hub service with a Bluetooth gamepad. Select Bluetooth Gamepad Settings, and then place your Bluetooth gamepad close to your TV. The TV scans for available Bluetooth gamepads automatically. (DualShock®4, a gamepad optimized for PlayStation, is recommended.) After scanning, you can use the Bluetooth gamepad to play games.
This function is not available on certain models in specific geographical areas.
If the TV fails to find your Bluetooth gamepad, place it closer to the TV, and then select Refresh. For more information on pairing, refer to the Bluetooth gamepad's operating manual.

I bought this tv, now the picture is good for blu rays and my xbox etc. But it says 'DAVE' in really faint ...
Most likely not as I don't think any Smart TV has Bluetooth capabilities to connect to input devices like mice. However you can try but it may simply not have Bluetooth or not detect the mouse.
