I have a lgv10 marshmallow my phone was factory reset o forgot my Google account now I cannot get pass the FTP bypass to set up my phone. I have tried numerous YouTube solutions to no avail

Hi Friend,
You have do a reset for your router

Step 1:Take a pen or a paper clip and insert it into the reset hole and hold it till the lights are getting flashing

Step 2:Once its flashing with out taking the hand from the reset unplug the power cable of the router and put it back after 10 to 20 secs

Step3: Then follow the below link to configure the Belkin router
