L detect initial autoADJ, but after the developing unit dont make the developer charge well. The magnetic roll does not charge developer and when the machine start it shows error code SC29-07. we check corona unit, drum and everything its ok, the developing unit has already 300K prints in her counter. Toner Y level its ok! when run autogamma ADJ shows the same error SC-29-07
Remove the yellow drum, while looking at the yellow magnetic roller just below you will see a small Chrome looking section near the front of the unit where the drum was on the chrome is a small square where the drum density sensor is clean it out with air, if that does not work, then swap it with a different color and see if the code changes to that drum. wire connector for that senor is in the front.
SOURCE: Toner Error
It's possible that the toner has not been reset due to the fact that you changed the drum at the same time. There is a cover on the left hand side of the toner covering some gears. Remove this (one screw) and wind the toner reset gear (white one by memory) back and refit the cover and put the toner back in the machine. It may take you a few to get it in the right spot but that will reset your toner count and get rid of the error.

Pull the drum/toner out and look into the machine, at the wall on your left. There's a little plastic lever there that pivots to detect a new toner cartridge. Sometimes the lever gets sticky; wiggle it to free it up. If you feel brave enough to remove the outside cover of the machine on that side, you can put a dab of grease on the lever's pivot.

i have a sharp sf 1025 , and i want to reset developer conter? can u help me pls
Have you had the developer and drum replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? . Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. Copier works on the counters that how it know it got a new drum and developer. Get new develop and new drum and have it installed correctly, Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE AVACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you start over with new developer and new drum
