These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Hello.... First the bad news... Air Conditioning systems do not have a reset. Now the good news... The system could have shutdown due to low fluid... There is a pressure sensing switch in the line that respond to the "Low Fluid" condition.The reason it does that is so that the compressor does not get damaged and cause all sorts of other problems...
The fix... If it has shutdown due to low fluid the system needs to be serviced and it will start working as good as new... Take it to a repair shop with the proper equipment..
It means the fuser section (the Hot Part) has g,one bad to clear the code you will need to get into the tech mode. "Function", "3", Orignal Size "Legal" that order once there go to F9 Look for Fuser Reset then turn off the machine wait 10 seconds turn on if it comes back the fuser needs replacing or worse thre main board!
