Free service manual for a Sansung fron loading washer

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

'DE' normally stands for 'door Error' indicating that there is a problem either with the door lock or the door locked sensor requiring a service call, sorry ;-0(

i have maytag neptune mah6700 and dosent rince good in the end of each wash the cloths steell to mutch water in the cloths dosent rince it good i thing the speed of the spin not that strong and the motor its very good but i thing is someone played with the fron the code and i dont have the manual to check those code

see if you can go on line and download the manual fron the maker of your machine if you cannot find go to Google and type in what you need

It appears your lid switch/door latch has failed in this instance.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

If you are certain that the receptacle you are plugging the washer into is OK, then it is possible you have a bad cord, a fuse damaged or main circuit board damage. I suspect the cord or fuse might have the highest probability as the problem. I have attached a link for you to get the service manual and check out pages 14 -16 for troubleshooting details. If you can follow a schematic .. there are two fuse internal to the washer that may have gotten dislodged or damaged while in transit.. Also, if you open the washer up to gain access to this hardware, check that all connectors are properly seated on the main board and throughout the washer. You should do that with the washer unplugged

Usually, the door will not unlock because there is water still inside the unit.  You will need to get the water out of the tub to get the door to open.  On the bottom left corner, there is a small door.  Inside the door is a small rubber drain hose.  This will empty out the water inside.  After awhile, the machine will unlock the door.

replace it, good luck
