It sounds like the horizontal (H stop) and vertical (V stop) has gone bad. Check Cap 515 and 516. IC1509, Q1505 and the jungle IC, IC206. You can also bring up these fault codes on-screen to see a list of the problem numbers with the abbreviation of the problem and the number of times this problem has occurred. This is slightly different than entering the service mode. To see the diagnostic screen, press the following buttons: Display, Channel, 5, volume Minus, ( not plus ) then Power. This brings up a screen with a list of the problems and number of times they have occurred. Each of the problems named, are abbreviated as, "OCP", "OVP", "V STOP", ETC.

try pressing and holding the enter button on the projector for about 30 seconds - this resets it. It worked for me!!

Have you cleaned the filters? In this situation, the fan and power shuts down even before the bulb lights up and heats up the unit, but perhaps the unit can detect clogged filters.
You can download the manual here if you don't have one. Instructions for cleaning the filters are on page 37.

There is an additional problem,
if the bulb had been replaced by a technician, call them back and ask for additional support, since they did not fix the problem.
SOURCE: No Picture or sound
The lamp cover door was not secured tightly. Door does not "push" shut easily. Got a little rough with it and latched it shut, then the tv worked fine.
