How do i use the wifi on my nikon coolpix aw130

First, have you reviewed the manual (linked below if you lost yours)? Read the Wi-Fi section from Page 107 to 110 to see if you are setting up correctly. Do not forget to get the IOS or Android software for your device, either (#2 Page 107)!

Although small, the Surface is a Windows computer. It is fully capable of WiFi, Blue-tooth and has a micro USB connector (which is also your power connector). I took a quick look at the Nikon Coolpix line on the Internet and nothing indicated it is WiFi capable. If it is WiFi ready then yes. If not then you've other options to explore. The most obvious is connecting the camera to any computer with a USB cable.
I assume your camera came with a cable that probably terminates (the end not connected to the camera) as a normal USB2 connector. They make an (OTG) adapter that will solve your problem.

If you never have setup any wifi connection, this won't help, neither will a typed version I do. so if you don't understand ask someone close to you to help, with the description here.

The Smartphone connects to the camera NOT the camera connects to smartphone. You have to have the APP on the camera. You first have to turn on WIFI ON the camera. It is like a server. Then you turn on WIFI on the Phone and connect to the Camera WIFI.

Cameras have a low signal of wifi make sure the camera is near the modem that has wifi and check your setings

The S51c adds wifi capabilities to the S51, allowing you to download pictures to a computer via a wifi connection. Otherwise the two models are identical; both models will accept SDHC cards up to 32GB in size.

So, you're trying to connect your camera to computer via WiFi? SSID isn't number, but it's WiFi network name.

Try this:
1. Install your Nikon application from CD from the box.
2. Synchronize your camera to computer.
3. And organize your photo OR videos there.
