My account cant locate phone or history

Please follow this instructions:

"The Call History tab in your account on www.account.viber.com . Entries from the call history log cannot be deleted from here."

You need to access the viber account using your browser , from there go to the call history tab and you can press CTRL + P to print on any browser.

go into call forwarding,then go into privacy.then one the right hand side you will see the word clear history click that then click apply.
this should clear all info.

If youre signed into a you tube account, you can delete your you tube history by hitting "my videos and playlists" then history is the first option on the left, then click "clear all viewing history"

without knowing what web browser you have i cant be specific.
but they all have delete history functions.

sounds to me like you need to clear your cookies and active log ins. In your history, click "clear recent history". A window should pop up giving you choices such as cookies, history, cache, active logins, etc. Check everything you want deleted and make sure the time range is set to everything. That should fix your problem.

It has something to do with your browser settings. If you're using Internet Explorer, delete the browsing history by going to TOOLS>DELETE BROWSING HISTORY.

If that doesn't help, try resetting it by going to TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>Click ADVANCE Tab> and click RESET.

Facebook is not down. I can access my facebook account.

Try to access your facebook account in another computer, if you can access it, the follow the steps below on the problem computer:

* For Internet Explorer:
1. Run Internet Explorer and click on 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to Internet Options and locate the Browsing History section.
3. Click the 'Delete' button and delete the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
4. Close the Internet Explorer and re-open it.
5. Access your facebook.

* For Mozilla Firefox:
1. Run Firefox and hit 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to 'Clear Recent History' and click the drop-down arrow for 'Time range to clear'.
3. Select 'Everything' and then hit the 'Clear Now' button.
4. Close and re-open Firefox
5. Access your facebook.
