I have a panasonic tv witch the light and tv wont turn on there is no light shown on the tv and iv tryed everything possible is there another way

At the back it has or should have a hidden switch that turns it off in case of over heating and such this needs to be reset maybe if not your problem might be real sad sorry good luck it usually under a ledge on tv down near botton .

The picture is off.
Sounds like you have a convergence problem with the set. Usually will need amplifiers and possibly some resistors replaced. Should be $300 or less to repair by a professional.
