gen1,nvram pw, removal all power, and coin cell and big battery.
push power button, 10seconds.

buy new one reformatted, and replace it.
gen2 tpm, sorry not possible. hp can if proved owner ship
also DELL keeps the a secret (by law) which PC has which gen
and how it works.

BIOS passwords can be reset in two ways:
1. using software 2. using hardware.
I would first try resetting using software, here are two software apps to reset or retrieve BIOS passwords...

Clearing the CMOS will reset the password...
Take the button cell battery out for a few minutes, put it back in, and all settings, including the password, should go back to defaults.
Unfortunately it looks like your BIOS battery is under the keyboard...

on some notebooks if you hold shift control then zero it should resset the bios passwaord to get back in.. serch the del site for your model nad it should give you tips on how to do it .. but i know for toshiba that is works remember contol+ shift +zero should reset pw.
