I changed the laser unite twice its running in another machine but in my machine still 110-0001 code is coming please reply as soon as possiable

then sadly it got to be a false error code, if you tried everything that suggested, fault code got to be incorrect.

Hi. If you replace the laser unit and the mother board ( I guess this last one is the image processor board, the one with the hard drive on it ) , you should try to replace the DC controller board.

Check the left side door assy where the fuser is located, on the door near teh top towards the rear of teh printer there should be a piece that sticks out which will close a interlock swith when closed. It may be black or same color as teh covers. If this is broken off it will cause the problem you describe. Easy way to check is to use a screwdriver to push in on the interlock to close it and see if the problem goes away.

This problem occurs when you buy the wrong image unit.
The contact chip that is located at the bottom of the orange plastic is not for the machine. Replace it with 7750 image unit and that should fix your problem. Black is fault 9-910 cyan fault : 9-911 magenta fault: 9-912 yellor 9-913.

E100 means that you have laser trouble, probably laser pcb is bad. Replace it.
