Not a bulb. It is an teeny LED built onto the main board. Even if you find one it would be extremely difficult to solder.
Get another phone merlins are cheap now. I recommend using a better part number than 230t though.

see if you can loosen off the motor mounts and move it back a bit to take up the slack---it cannot be too tight
