Wires coming out of Run Capacitor orange and white ; Orange goes to fan and ice maker and inside defrost timer , White to same Run Capacitor ; same Orange & White to Start Relay . my question is join Orange to Red & White to White Supco URCO410-0 , Thanks.
With a 3 in one, your going to be removing the run capacitor all together. Your going to need to get to the compressor terminals and wire directly to it with the 3 in one. You should have 5 wires on the 3 in 1. You will need to figure out which terminals on the compressor are run, common, and start and plug them in based on the literature that came with the 3 in 1. The last 2 wires will be for power into the 3 in 1

What color wire is connected to the "Y" terminal on the thermostat.
If the unit you are connecting is a heat pump A/C unit the orange wire is for the heating mode. Normally the "Y" terminal on the thermostat. "R" terminal on the thermostat is the power to the thermostat, "W" terminal is for heating, "Y" is for cooling, and "G" terminal is for fan operation. At the condensing unit for cooling the brown and yellow wires would normally be for the cooling.

It should just be your ice maker wires and wouldn't be the issue with this fridge

Yes you did correct. Tape of f blue wire. On your thermostat you should have el/gas turn top el and fan should work Russ
