SOURCE: WDB1043M Bendix Washer/Dryer

I had the same problem. Then I discovered that the Bendix USA WDS1043 / WDC1024 is the same, or almost the same, as a Splendide Comb-o-matic 6000. You can find an extensive parts manual at
http://www.splendide.com/service/Combo_PartsBreakDown.pdf
and an owners manual at http://www.splendide.com/manual_wdc1024m.pdf

I think Splendide is still in business, in which case they may also be able to supply parts for the Bendix WDS 1043 M - check them out at
http://www.splendide.com/

They can also supply a replacement washer/dryer combo when your present unit finally dies.

Good luck with a great washer combo!

The inlet valve is not taking in water. Fix that it looks like the circuit board is gone its a tricity Bendix classic model

To say this you need to be sure the valve is not faulty, you need to test if voltage is present at the valve and if yes fit a new valve, assuming of course that water supply is good.

Hello my tricity bendix dishwasher won't take in water, it will pump it out and when I turned water off at the mains and disconnected the water pipe and put it in a bucket turned mains back on the...

Hi

When the Dishwasher won't fill you'll need to check for the water inlet hose, the water inlet valve and the float switch assembly. When the water fills your dishwasher, a float rises along with it. As the float reaches a certain threshold level, it shuts off the flow of water, thereby preventing a leak. Sometimes the float can get stuck in the wrong position in your dishwasher, and it can prevent your dishwasher from filling. Sometimes it can happen due to float valve and on other occasions due to float switch. Inspect the water hose coming to the dishwasher for any blockages. If the hose is not clogged then check the water inlet valve for any clogs, if the water will not even fill for few seconds then certainly the water inlet valve is bad and should be replaced. You can also use a multimeter to check continuity on inlet valve. If you don't get any value on the multimeter then you'll need to replace the water inlet valve assembly. However, if the valve is fine then the float switch assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

I have a tricity bendix dh101 stopped working cold water not going in to manchaine many thanks if u can help

Possible that the INLET valve is faulty /clogged or there is no voltage to switch ON the inlet valve.
So measure the voltage at the inlet valve, also check if the inlet filter is clogged.
Check the water pressure at the inlet to confirm, remove the line from the inlet valve and confirm the flow when activated.

My machine fills with water even when it is not plugged in

The machine relies on water pressure to close the valve when not in use. In low pressure areas, this doesn't happen. Change the valve and take out the high pressure limiter (in the valve itself, looks like a small thimble of mesh)

My Tricity Bendix won't work

Check out the water inlet solenoid valve if this is clicking then it is probably the water level pressure switch which appears to be controling the flow of water mechanicaly dependent on whether the water is high enough in the machine and therefore giving enough pressure to close the switch .This may be stuck closed.

Tricity Bendix washer won't take fabric softner in rinsing cycle

Your machine possibly has a defective water inlet valve which is preventing water from entering the dispenser channel to flush the fabric softner into the machine. The inlet valve in inside of your machine right where the washer hoses attach. the solenoid valves on the inlet will need to be checked with a multimeter to verify if they are working properly.
