hmmm..sounds like a memory overload..shut down machine, let the memory clear, and maybe reinstall the print management software..print queue issues are almost always from overloading the memory for the printer..

on the feeder issue, check for paper caught in tray or path, and clean the rollers too.

Your plotter driver needs to be set to either black or greyscale. The driver will overide the settings on the plotter unless you set up the plotter in manual. ie the pen thicknesses, colour etc are set in the control panel to manual. The driver takes priority always.

Unfortunately, unless you went through the "Storage" procedure, I fear your printer is no longer serviceable. You see inside the unit, inside the ink lines etc, the ink dries out, this will render the unit unusable. I am sorry, there is no way to rehabilitate them.
