No. The best way is to take off the rear panel and insulator cover. Look on the board for "p/n: xxxxxxx" for the exact part number. I've found this to be the best way to ensure the correct board.
Also, once you're inside, you could see how many CCFLs you have.

SOURCE: Replacing PC Board on Raypak 2100 Model 185 - connector differs

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you, but please let me know what happens.

I am in the process of buying the new board (# 010253F, right?) It hasn't arrived yet, but I'm assuming I'll be in the same situation. BTW, I am replacing mine only because the LCD screen is totally blank. Everything else about it is ok.

Please let me know what you did. My email is [email protected]

Thanks in advance,
_Steve

SOURCE: Dell Dimension 5100 will not power up. Was

Have you checked your monitor? Try your monitor on another PC and check it is OK. Once you change the MB battery you effectively "Kill" the PC, as all the settings in the BIOS are removed and must be reprogrammed. You must enter the BIOS, and select "Default" setup and then reboot, you must do this regardless of what else is done first.(A bit hard when you can't see anything" You say... "tried different power switch and ribbon cable connector" (sic) exactly what "Ribbon cable/Power switch"? Anyway as said check monitor, if it is OK, we will proceed from there, then, you must check your video card, test it in another machine, if possible, to see if thats OK, if it is OK, then it is now likely that you may have a Mother board problem. If you can, try another Video card to see if you get Video on screen. see we need to establish "Known Good" items, once we know whats what, we can then go on. Now if any of these things tested are faulty, Monitor, Video card, obviously replace them, however IF they are NOT faulty, as related it may be the Motherboard, Remove the RAM, and see if anything is on screen? If yes, replace RAM, If still NO, then take any cards out, and check, if then OK, replace cards one by one until you get to the one that stops it, there is your problem, replace it. All we are trying to do is get anything on the screen, if we do, then you must redo the BIOS, as related before. Now if you get it going it still may not boot through to windows desktop, if this is the case, after you boot press F8 and select safe mode, when you get asked if you want safe mode or system restore, choose system restore and choose a date before you had a problem that should get you back. You just have to logically work through, until you find the faulty "bit" and replace it.

Does it sound like I need a new power supply board based on the details below?

It could be the case of cascade power failure here for your TV where several parts stop working for the power supply inside of your TV. It would be more cheaper and easier to buy a new TV than to try and fix the TV that is not working.

Rca led46c45rq sound but no backlight. Replaced LED/Power supply board (RE6HG1301), still no change, flash, then black screen, but still have sound.

Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main digital board.

How do I fix my RCA with a black screen.

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

RCA Projection TV : D52W27D Connector BP120 on Power Board ?

BP120 is not used in that model its simply a empty socket that board is used in other versions of the ITC222 chassis in which some use that plug . But your model doesnt use it. Check the fuse on the AC main board which is right next to where the power cord plugs into that board. If the fuse is blown its most likely the flyback and HOT which are causing the blown fuse. If the fuse is good then the deflection board will need replacement. www.tvrepairworld.com has replacement parts and circuit boards for that chassis and also free tech support is available.
