SOURCE: fan runs constantly on cool mode

Simple Question: Did you check to see if the fan switch on the
t-stat is in ON or AUTO? If ON the fan runs nonstop. If in auto the fan cycles with the outdoor unit.
next does the fan shut off if you turn the t-stat to off?
A stuck relay should keep the fan running all the time.
Sometimes if the relay is stuck you can whack the side of the Air Handler and the connection will break.
Sometimes instead of a relay there is a stack switch.
It's a little black stack of 3 disks this is a bi-metal switch.
they do get stuck more often than relays.
The fan relay may be on a electronic board. I don't know for sure without seeing your unit.
Good Luck Phil

SOURCE: My Vornado TouchStone Vortex heat 500 Heater - temperature

After calling Vornado Corporation, they suggested that the room temperature monitor might be failing as it read 65 degrees no matter where you started the heater. I took the unit back to the store I purchased it from, and we unpacked another unit and found the same problem existed. Therefore, the product is not capable of heating a room properly and I will continue my search for a space heater to control the temperature in my upstairs office which does not have air ducts for heat.

If anyone has recommendations I would be interested in their comments.
Thank you.

SOURCE: Will Not Heat

On the outdoor unit the fan should not be running, on the indoor unit the fan should be running. If you then check the outdoor unit with fan not running, you should be able to hear clearly that the compressor is actually working. If this is all correct, it is possible that your fourway reverse valve is seeping and needs to be replaced.

Noma 043-6131-0 Heating Question

Based on the product specifications available online, the Noma 043-6131-0 portable air conditioner does not appear to have a heating mode or a heat pump function. It is designed only for cooling and dehumidifying a room.
If you are seeing a heating mode on the unit, it may be a different model or a mislabeled function. In any case, it is always recommended to follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the use of the exhaust hose. The exhaust hose is necessary for venting the hot air generated by the air conditioning process out of the room, regardless of whether the unit has a heating function or not. Running the unit without the exhaust hose can cause it to work less efficiently and may also create a buildup of heat and humidity in the room.

Wat is H3 error in bluestar split Ac?

Hello Yogesh...

Unless you are familiar with the BASICS of REFRIGERATION...
"H3" ERROR CODE means it is "Out of ORDER"...

Broken: Needs repair.

By searching the internet "split A/C " It defines a
COMPRESSOR overload protection is trying to
SAVE your equipment FROM SELF DESTRUCTION.

See second detail sheet (below)

"COMPRESSER"
Is the heart of MOST modern refrigeration systems.
In a SPLIT system it is the outside unit with the FAN
that should be running when the COMPRESSER is
in action. Typically then compressed & COOLED
REFRIGERANT is then piped into a cooling element
EXACTLY LIKE MOST REFRIGERATORS where the
cooling takes place (expansion valve and evaporator).

Treated AIR (indoor) is then blown through the
evaporator... cooling the room and warming the
refrigerant (which continues to cycle back to the
outside unit where the compressing cycle
continues until the INSIDE temperature is
achieved... (thermostat on the wall)

"COMBINED"
pretty much means EVERYTHING but those combined refrigeration units seen WORLD-WIDE HANGING OUT OF WINDOWS... or on roof-tops with DUCTING for
"treated AIR" to be pumped where needed.

Similarly heat pumps simply have reversible valves...
which turn the coils around (functionally).

There too are split-system (inside/outside) & combined units.

If my head is blown will my car still try too turn over

yes
water in cylinders may prevent the cylinders from igniting the fuel
the starter motor will try to crank the engine over

yes
could have exhaust vapor build up in cooling system and then blow the hoses off the radiator

Yes
Could have water leaking into one cylinder and then getting heated in cylinder and being exhausted as steam out exhaust pipe. losing water over time . over heating engine eventually.

Could have a cracked head or warped head also if engine was over heated.

A compression test will confirm if blown head gasket.

I think my car blew its head gasket, but theirs no water in oil,if idling temperature stay normal, fans do come on when idling for long.I`ve changed spark plugs, plug wires, thermostat and heat sensor unit.As...

white smoke from the exhaust and overheating would almost certainly mean a blown head gasket.
the head gasket has gone between a cylinder and a cooling channel so exhaust gasses can get in to the cooling system resulting in the boiling and water from the cooling system is getting into the cylinder resulting in the white smoke (actually steam) from the exhaust.
the exhaust manifold is a separate issue that can be replaced when the head gasket is repaired.

How to heating. it's always cooling

Keep heat mode and temp setting+5 degree than your room temp.Still no heat check power to heating element. No power replace heating temp senor. If it's with RV, check power to RV and also warm in suction pipe(higher size pipeline near compressor).

Air exhaust hose gets extremely warm

The Pinguino's exhaust pipe has to be attached to the window bracket to direct the air hot air out of the room, otherwise the room can't cool properly.
The owner's manual has several troubleshooting remedies for you to try:
1)  If the window is open, close the window. 2)  If there is a heat source in the room (burner, lamp, etc.), eliminate the heat source. 3)  If the exhaust hose is detached, connect the exhaust hose.  (My recommendation is to connect the exhaust hose to the window bracket and direct the air outside.) 4)  If the air filters are clogged, clean or replace the filters.
Remedies that aren't mentioned in the manual, but you might find helpful:
1)  Make sure that there are no kinks in the hose, and that the hose either remains straight or has a gentle curve when directing it into the window bracket.
2)  A sunny window reduces the maximum power and efficiency of the unit.  Placing it in a sunny window reduces your BTUs by at least 600, which means the maximum square footage of cooled space is reduced.  Cooling a kitchen requires at least 4,000 BTUs alone, which is nearly half of the unit's BTUs.  Try to place the unit by a window that receives minimum to no direct sunlight.
Finally, stating the obvious, if the room isn't cooling, the room is too large for the unit.  The PACL90 cools up to 400sqft.  Bear in mind that the air from these portable air conditioners cannot move around corners very well, so try to set it by a window in the central part of the room.

Solebus heating

yes, it is intended that way. I also have a Soleus and a special manual addendum sheet was inside the manual and it pointed out this feature..I think Soleus had a lot of customer phone-ins over this...I guess the idea for the exhaust is to withdraw moisture from the room, since anytime air is heated or cooled, moisture is a by-product that must be eliminated.
