Without knowing the model of your TV, it may be tough, but typically it's 1 or 3 types:
- the whole base is a single piece that slots into the bottom of the TV, with a clip release.
- the base removes from the stand, and the stand removes from a slot in the TV. This may be fastened with clips or screws.
- the base is screwed into the TV, and you'll have to remove these to remove the stand.

If that doesn't help, please provide more details, like the make and model of your TV.

There are two sites that offers 313918763101 stand but both sites are Non-English so you can find out more info by clicking Site-1 and Site-2

On the panasonic web site, but the SP at the end stands for Spain, or Spanish, so you need to look for the same number with E at the end

Ok, this is what I did. I had to remove the four screws in the back of the tv. You can look in your manual for what screws or look up toshiba.com ... customer support, and enter your model number and from there you should be able to find the manual.
