My bunn leaks, how can I repair it?

Go to UTube - there are some good videos out there on how to fix this. You have to take the top off and clean the flapper.

lift filler led and remove 2screws on top of reservoir
Then remove 4 screws that hold the reservoir on an you should be able to lift it off

While the manual does not contain repair instructions, it does have some troubleshooting tips to follow if your coffee is not staying hot.

Your brewer is still under the warranty. If you will call 800-352-2866 with the model and code date, we will send you out a new machine.

Please give Customer Service a call with the model and date code. If the machine is 3 years old or less, it will be replaced with a new machine. If it is older than 3 years, it can be exchanged for a reduced price.

If you will locate the date code on the bottom of the unit and then call Customer Service, the machine will be replaced at no cost or if over 3 years old, at a reduced price.

There is no repair kit but if the machine is still under warranty can be replaced at no cost. If out of warranty, we will replace it at a reduced cost. If you will contact Customer Service, we will be happy to assisst you with this issue.
