If for a kitchen sink, measure the depth of the cup and diameter. Most hardware stores sell replacement stoppers.
If for a bathroom sink, look at faucet manufacturer and look online for replacement part.
For a quick fix for both / need a solution now to plug the sink, I have used in the past Saran Wrap is a pool plug rubber stopper that comes in a variety of sizes and fits both kitchen sink (larger one like size 10 or 11) or bathroom sink (size 6 or 8).
Good luck!

SOURCE: Tank still fills when we are using direct drain feature

check to see that the hose isn't clogged, and that the hose runs down hill from the tank all the way to the drain. if it is higher than the tank at any point in its path it will not drain. you may put the dehumidifier on top of a small platform to aid drainage. also check that the knockout removed so there is a hole to let the water go from the tank to the hose?

SOURCE: Location of Drain holes on Duo-Therm Model 630035.321

Good place to start is up on the roof. Look way under the unit (hard to see some times) along the bottom, between where the gasket sits on the roof and metal bottom of unit. Should see small round or similar sticking down from unit. There will be a hole in the side of them. Poke around with a wire or something to open them up. If you don't see water/condensation running across your roof from unit when it's operating, (usually in 2 directions, 1 each side of unit) then yup, there plugged.

SOURCE: 1999 volvo v70 oil change questions

You can buy a canister wrench at the local auto parts store. You do not need to torque the oil filter on, just hand tighten, No new gasket for the drain plugs just do make sure that it is tightened properly

SOURCE: Drain Hole for Frigidaire Window Air Conditioner

Leave it alone. DO NOT attempt to create a drain. As long as a window A/C unit is installed properly, (angled slightly down toward the rear) it will drain excess water over the rear lower lip of the unit should it get that high. Many models use some of the collected water/condensation. It gets lifted up by the fan blades to cool the coil.

Drain plug clogged

If you mean the drain plug for the motor crankcase, you might stick a screwdriver or wire or something like that in and our of the hole until the motor oil runs out.
If the transmission drain plug, same answer.
If the radiatror drain plug, try taking the radiator cap off and blow air into the drain with an air hose gently to open it. (NOT high pressure so you don't damage the radiator).

YOU NEED TO BUY CORRECT SIZE NEW OIL DRAIN PLUG. YOU TO KNOW YOUR THREAD SIZE ON NEW OIL DRAIN BECAUSE YOU NEED THE RIGHT TAP AND DRILL BIT TO CENTER DRILL THE BROKE BOLT IN SIDE OIL PAN YOU NEED A CENTER PUNCH TO PUNCH A SMALL ENOUGH TO START THE DRILL BIT DEAD CENTER OF BROKE BOLT.OIL PAN NEED TO BE REMOVED TO DRILL HOLE STRAIGHT.THIS IN NOT A EASY JOB.EITHER YOU REPAIR OR DAMAGED OIL PAN DRAIN PLUG HOLE. YOU DRILL BIT HAS TO STRAIGHT WHILE DRILLING HOLE DEAD CENTER OF BROKEN BOLT YOU NEED TO MEASURE LENGHT OF OIL DRAIN PLUG BOLT. THEN USE A PIECE TAPE ON DRILL BIT WRAP A PIECE TAPE AROUND DRILL BIT THE DEPT YOU NEED TO DRILL THROUGH BOLT. LIKE I SAY THIS JOB TAKE SKILL AND A STRAIGHT HAND. BECAREFUL WITH DRILL AND WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES. DONT DO THIS FIX IF YOU NOT SURE OF MECHANIC SKILLS YOU WILL EITHER DAMAGE THE OIL PAN OR FIX THE PROBLEM.

I added oil to my Cadillac and it drained onto the ground

Before adding any more oil, make sure that you have securly replaced and tightened the oil drain plug (which is located on your engine's oil pan, under your car).

When we do wash and small items like kids sock, etc. they are somehow getting into the pump section when it is draining, what can i do?

There should be a drain screen between the basket/tub area and the drain tubing. Make sure the drain screen is not missing or doesn't have any holes in it.

Suzuki bandit 1200 W reg missing under load, will rev freely on its stand,I'm getting sooted plugs, tried new plugs, new air filter, carbs balanced, jets to lean. Also had petrol in the oil on 01 occasion.

Sounds like a mix issue and things are working and adjusted going into the cylinder.

Is your exhaust clogged? Is the condensation water draining correctly (your tail pipes are high so water collecting in the exhaust on cold engines will stay in the bottom. It could even build up if you only take short trips and your small drain holes are clogged. I've also heard of a kids sticking things into exhaust pipes before!

Finally, sometimes rust or other causes clogging. Unfortunately, I don't have an easy way for you to check it.
